“A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes, and has the courage to develop that potential”
I’m a minister’s daughter with an MBA — which pretty much sums up my blend of soul and spreadsheets. My mom’s the minister, my dad’s the serial entrepreneur, and I somehow inherited both callings: helping people and building things.
I believe most of us carry unnecessary burdens—expectations, roles, masks. My mission is to help good people set those down and show up as their full, weird, wonderful selves. Because your business, your family, and the world all need that version of you.
I’ve started, managed, and grown companies, most recently as Business Manager at BDSB, the design/build firm I co-founded with my husband and partner, Rob. I still stay involved in design and strategy, though I’ve swapped spreadsheets for more soul work these days.
My various careers provide a solid foundation in business growth, operations, marketing, and accounting. While I don’t enjoy the daily grind of financials, I do love uncovering the story numbers tell and finding insight through that lens. My years in the music industry—as a record label exec, tour manager, artist advocate, and passionate music fan—taught me deep respect for the creative process and the artist’s journey. That experience shapes my coaching: I care deeply about helping people navigate both structure and soul.
These days, as a certified coach focused on body intelligence, somatic awareness, and integration work, I combine the practical and the profound: the left-brain logic of business with the right-brain wisdom of the body.
In short, I help leaders find clarity, calm, and confidence—not by working harder, but by working more humanly.
