Fear Melters:Wild Kingdom Edition

Fight or flight. We’ve all heard of that, yeah? These are two of four types of fear we instinctively experience in the face of threat. All four of the types are: Fight, Flee (or flight), Freeze and Faint. An invaluable skill is to recognize when we’re activated in one of these types of fear, to name it, and then move to expel the fear from our bodies. This video is my way of illustrating a woo-filled body intelligence approach called Fear Melters®.

I was looking for a way to remember which Fear Melter® went with which fear (because, you know, aren't we being graded on this?!?!) and I ended up making this video. I have never done anything like this before and it was fun to play this way. I hope you enjoy watching it! This is a riff on the time-tested work of Kathlyn Hendricks, PhD and The Hendricks Institute. I am forever grateful.
